On August 18, 2025, in the presence of Jakub Kowalik, Vice-Marshal of the West Pomeranian Voivodeship, and Rector Dr. Monika Pawłowska, Professor of the Polish Academy of Sciences, the project agreement was officially signed. This is another important step in the implementation of this initiative, which contributes to the further development of teaching infrastructure for practical education.

The institution organizing the recruitment is the Marshal's Office of the West Pomeranian Voivodeship .
The project involves the purchase of innovative, highly specialized equipment for the practical training lab at the Polish Academy of Sciences (PANS) in Koszalin. The project's goal is to improve access to highly specialized equipment for students of vocational programs in physiotherapy and nursing during their practical training. This innovative infrastructure at PANS in Koszalin will significantly improve the quality of education and the ability to achieve the project's intended outcomes.
As part of the project, the following equipment is planned to be purchased:
- Exoskeleton – a portable exoskeleton for gait re-education with an assistant module and controller;
- High-fidelity nursing simulator , with additional equipment: a mask of a woman with anaphylaxis, a mask of a man with stroke, an overlay of an elderly man's skin, an overlay of an elderly woman's skin, an overlay of an adult man's skin, an overlay of a pregnant woman's belly, a set of overlays simulating lower limb swelling;
- Bariatric dummy – a realistic care dummy for an obese person, with additional equipment: a silicone set for pressure sores, infected wounds, post-operative wounds, contaminated wounds;
- Advanced geriatric phantom with auscultation , with additional equipment: a set of overlays simulating lower limb edema;
- Advanced care manikin : young adult/adult with auscultation, additionally included: attached belly of a pregnant woman.
