The ERASMUS+ programme allows students to participate in three types of mobility:
- SMS – long-term study trips
- SMP – long-term internships
- BIP (Blended Intensive Programmes) – short-term blended programmes
LONG-TERM STUDY TRIPS
- Under the Erasmus+ programme, you can complete part of your study programme at a university in another country participating in the programme, at a university with which PANS in Koszalin has signed an agreement.
- Both full-time and part-time students can apply for the mobility.
- The trip lasts one or two semesters.
- You can apply for a mobility period as early as the first year of your first-cycle studies, but the earliest you will be able to travel is in your second year.
- While studying at a partner university, you do not pay tuition fees and only administrative fees, e.g. for issuing a student ID card.
- Before you begin your studies, universities organize Orientation Week, during which you can get to know the university and the city. You'll also receive a wealth of practical information.
- To leave, you must complete the recruitment process for the Erasmus + program at PANS in Koszalin.
- You can find more information on this topic in the Departure step by step .
- The Erasmus+ programme coordinator will then submit the selected students to partner universities, which must accept them.
- , a Learning Agreement for Studies is prepared , i.e. an agreement between the student, the host university and the home university, specifying the program of classes in which the student is to participate at the host university and the number of ECTS points for each subject.
- The agreement includes a list of subjects that must be completed at a foreign university. Based on this, PANS in Koszalin will recognize the stay at the partner university as part of the studies here.
- The agreement must be signed by all three parties before the student's departure. Amendments to the agreement may be made provided that all parties agree and that they are in writing. In some cases, it will also be necessary to address program differences. This will also be specified in the LA.
- In addition to the agreement, you must sign a financial agreement with your home university, which details the terms and conditions of your mobility, as well as the scholarship payment and settlement process. Scholarship rates for a given academic year are also available in the " Movement Step by Step" .
