In June 2012, when the first graduates left the University, PANS in Koszalin introduced a system for monitoring the careers of its graduates.

The purpose of monitoring graduate careers is to:

     1) obtaining information on the current professional situation of graduates on the labor market, including the compatibility of employment with the profile and level of education;

     2) obtaining an opinion on the usefulness of knowledge and skills acquired in the educational process from the point of view of the needs and requirements of the contemporary labor market;

    3) obtaining information about graduates' further educational and career plans;

    4) obtaining information on ties and professional contacts between graduates;

    5) adapting study programmes and curricula to the needs of the labour market.

The graduate career monitoring system consists of three surveys conducted after graduation, three years after graduation and five years after graduation.

Post-graduation survey : a traditional survey (paper survey) on the day of graduation (diploma examination) or shortly after graduation, aimed at maintaining contact with the graduate, obtaining consent to the processing of personal data and determining his/her further educational and/or professional plans;

Research three and five years after graduation : surveys
to determine the situation of graduates on the labor market, the usefulness of the completed field of study and the ties and professional contacts between graduates ( survey 2 );

We kindly ask our graduates who have not yet completed survey no. 1 (after graduation) to send it as soon as possible by traditional mail to the University's address or by e-mail to: biuro.karier@pans-koszalin.pl

Survey for PWSZ graduates

Dear Graduates!

In these challenging economic times, we will strive to support you by providing information about programs for young university graduates seeking employment in their field, training opportunities, internships, and job offers. We also hope that through this initiative, we will be able to not only provide advice and assistance but also stay in touch with you.

Below you will find a link to the government program " Youth on the labor market " coordinated by the Ministry of Labor and Social Policy and addressed to young people looking for work.

The "Youth on the Labor Market" program aims to cooperate with young unemployed people, disseminate information on available vocational training opportunities and develop cooperation between public and non-public institutions, industry organizations, employers and entrepreneurs to combat youth unemployment:

As part of this program, a pilot project called " Your Career – Your Choice" is being conducted, allowing unemployed individuals under 30 to receive personalized assistance in their job search, including paid internships, training, and even postgraduate studies. Ultimately, the project aims to create a nationwide database of internship and training opportunities for students and graduates.

We would also like to inform you about the existence of the Central Database of Job Offers, which collects job offers submitted to all district labor offices:

We encourage you to visit our website frequently – we will do our best to provide you with the latest information!
